These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AuraX Fit app, website, dashboard, ads, rewards, content, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using AuraX Fit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AuraX Fit.
If you use AuraX Fit on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on their behalf.
AuraX Fit is a fitness and wellness tracking application designed to help users track personal progress and wellness-related activity.
You must be legally allowed to use AuraX Fit in your country or region. If you are under the age required by local law to use digital services independently, you may use AuraX Fit only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using AuraX Fit, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the app does not violate any law or agreement that applies to you.
AuraX Fit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or professional healthcare guidance. Any workout, nutrition, calorie, hydration, step, report, or wellness information shown in the app is for general informational and tracking purposes only.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. Before starting a new workout plan, diet plan, supplement routine, or major lifestyle change, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy, or other health concern.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the app, attempt fraud, create security risk, or harm other users or AuraX Fit.
AuraX Fit may provide nutrition and food information from internal data, third-party data, user-created foods, barcode scanning, and external databases. Food and nutrition values may be approximate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
You are responsible for checking labels, ingredients, allergens, and nutrition facts before consuming food. AuraX Fit is not responsible for health consequences caused by inaccurate food data or user-entered food information.
If AuraX Fit allows you to create custom foods, submit nutrition data, upload images, post content, vote, comment, or contribute information, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
AuraX Fit may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove user-submitted content at any time to protect quality, safety, legality, and app integrity.
If community features are available, you are responsible for what you post or share. You agree not to submit content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, misleading, illegal, spammy, privacy-invasive, or infringing on another person's rights.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of content you submit to AuraX Fit. By submitting content, you give AuraX Fit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the app.
The AuraX Fit Android app is free to use and does not sell coins or account tiers inside the Android app. Some in-app rewards may be available through earned coins.
Coins are earned only through eligible in-app actions such as rewarded ads. Coins are not money, are not stored value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or anything outside AuraX Fit.
Web dashboard billing, if offered separately, is not sold inside the Android app and is governed by the checkout terms shown on the web.
The Android app does not include a mobile checkout flow. If you need help with account access, rewarded coins, or web dashboard billing, contact support so we can review the issue.
AuraX Fit may show ads, including rewarded ads. Coins, points, rewards, or unlocks earned inside AuraX Fit have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, limited, expired, suspended, or removed at any time.
You agree not to:
AuraX Fit's name, logo, interface, design, code, features, graphics, content, branding, and related materials belong to AuraX Fit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reproduce, or create derivative works from AuraX Fit without written permission.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AuraX Fit at any time, including features, rewards, content, databases, design, and availability. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, abuse community features, attempt fraud, create legal or security risk, or if required by law.
You may stop using AuraX Fit at any time.
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using AuraX Fit, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
AuraX Fit may help you track habits, workouts, food, hydration, steps, and progress, but we do not guarantee any specific fitness, health, performance, body, or lifestyle result. Results depend on many personal factors outside AuraX Fit's control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AuraX Fit and its owners, developers, partners, and service providers are not responsible for injuries, health issues, inaccurate nutrition data, missed goals, loss of data, downtime, bugs, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You use AuraX Fit at your own risk.
AuraX Fit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, accurate, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your expectations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraX Fit, its owners, developers, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of app information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws unless another law is required by consumer protection rules in your location. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or legal forums available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AuraX Fit after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
