Sometimes it takes a moment for the purchase to sync. Try tapping the 'Restore Purchase' button at the bottom of the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, completely close the app and reopen it.
You can manage your subscription directly through your device's app store. For iOS users, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Android users, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, and select 'Payments & subscriptions'.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple and Google. We do not have the ability to process refunds on our end. Please request a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store customer support.
Our AI meal scanner is constantly learning, but complex meals can sometimes be tricky. You can easily edit the scanned results by tapping on the incorrect food item and manually adjusting the name, portion size, or macros.
First, ensure you are running the latest version of the app by checking for updates in your app store. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your data is safely synced to your account, so you won't lose any progress.
Make sure you have granted AuraX Fit permission to access your device's health data (Apple Health or Google Fit). You can check these permissions in your phone's settings under Health access.
