Account deletion

AuraX Fit users can delete their account inside the Android app or request help from support if they cannot access the app.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the signed-in app:

  • Open the AuraX Fit Android app.
  • Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  • Go to Settings and activity.
  • Open Account ownership and control.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to support@aurax.fit from the email address registered to your AuraX Fit account.

Include the subject "AuraX Fit account deletion request" and the email address or username connected to the account. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account data.

Data deleted

After account deletion, AuraX Fit deletes or anonymizes eligible account data such as:

  • Account profile, email association, username, avatar, and profile settings.
  • Workout, activity, step, hydration, habit, nutrition, food diary, and progress records tied to the account.
  • Posts, votes, saved content, profile cosmetics, earned coins, reward history, and app activity tied to the account where eligible.

Data that may be retained

Some data may remain for a limited time where required or technically necessary:

  • Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, crash, backup, and server logs for a limited period.
  • Records that must be retained to comply with legal, tax, dispute, safety, or platform obligations.
  • Data that has already been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified.

Retained data is limited to those purposes and is not used to recreate a deleted account.
